Exchange Policy

At Ziora, we’re committed to delivering unique, high-quality fashion jewellery. While we hope you love every piece, here’s our simple and transparent return policy:

 Return Eligibility (Non-Offer Purchases Only)

  • Exchange are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchange is only applicable on products purchased at full price (not during any sale or offer).

  • Please be aware that we currently do not offer Free shipping on international returns.

💸 Return Charges

  • A return courier charge of ₹100 will apply and be deducted from your store credit.

  • The remaining value will be issued as a Ziora credit note, valid for your next purchase.

💸 Damage Policy

  • However if a product is defective during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be provided to you. You may contact us within 24 Hours of receiving.

  • We do not offer refund for Damage Products only Replacement will be arranged.

🔁 How to Initiate a Exchange

  1. Email us at ziorajewel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and reason for exchange, along with product images if required.

  3. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, a new product is send to you after payment.

     

 No Returns or Exchanges On:

  • Products purchased during any offer, sale, or promotional period

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, nose pins)

  • Custom or personalized orders
